Terminal Payments in-store

In addition to the Default Payment Request Channel, in the Locations tab you can add payments via Android or iOS terminals. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Payment Channels section in Getting Started.
Ammer Pay app transforms standard payment terminals into cryptocurrency acceptance points. Merchants can easily install the Ammer Pay app on their standard in-store card terminals (PoS), enabling their customers to make payments using cryptocurrencies.
Setup Process for Merchants
- Create a free Ammer Pay merchant account with acceptance contract for cryptocurrencies
- Download and install the app directly on your terminal
- Complete a simple activation process.
How it Works
Once activated, the system enables direct cryptocurrency payment at checkout:
- Merchant switches to the Ammer Pay app on the terminal
- Enters the transaction amount in Swiss francs
- Customer selects preferred cryptocurrency for payment
- Payment can be completed either by scanning a QR code displayed on the terminal or through contactless payment
